Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit wordanscanada.com and log in to your account
- Navigate to “Order History” and select the item(s) for return
- Complete the return request form
- You’ll receive approval and return instructions within 2 business days
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors).
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size issues only, subject to stock availability.
- If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us immediately if you receive damaged or defective items. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.
International Returns
- International customers cover all return shipping costs and customs fees.
- Refunds exclude original shipping charges and import taxes.
Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Clearance/sale items
- Customized/personalized products
- Underwear, swimwear, and hygiene-sensitive items
